National Sales and Marketing Manager Teresa Lisac is responsible for distributor, food service, and retail accounts for Lisanatti Foods. Through support programs for health professionals and ongoing consumer education she helps people learn how easily Lisanatti's cheese alternatives turn restricted diets into delicious dining.

In 1992 Teresa's second child was born and the joy of this new life was soon overshadowed by concern as her 3 month old breastfed daughter developed spotty rashes and occasionally had labored breathing. Her daughter was quickly diagnosed with an inability to process a wide variety of proteins. Teresa's own diet was immediately restricted, and as her daughter grew, Teresa gained firsthand knowledge of the challenges involved in finding healthy, nutritious, and good-tasting foods that would nourish both of them.

When joining the family business part-time in 1996 Teresa developed a marketing strategy with her father, Phil Lisac, to expand availability of their high quality cheese alternatives. Consumer response was overwhelmingly positive, and with sales increasing, she returned to working full time. Today their almond, rice, soy, and vegan cheese alternatives can be found across the USA in most natural products stores.

Emphasis on building healthier lives with healthier food choices encompasses both Teresa's professional and personal life. She's a native Oregonian who enjoys the city, the mountains, the desert, the coast and yes...even the rain! It's perfect for her organic gardening!
