Over the past 14 years, Susan has worked with a variety of companies, both in public and private sectors, speaking about and facilitating programs in Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Negotiations, Management/Leadership and Personal Development.
For the first time ever, Susan Armstrong is leaving her corporate clients to work with intimately with women to help them overcome their barriers to living happy, successful, fulfilling lives. The principles Susan teaches are the same principles Susan used to go from homeless, to making minimum wage, and eventually, to her current position as an award winning and internationally know Speaker, Trainer, and Author of “An Invisible Prison”.
Susan is a contributing author to the book “Professionally Speaking”, author of “An Invisible Prison”, and has had many articles published. Her own story has been chronicled on Discovery Channel’s Health on the Line, and the Life Television Network program Skin Deep and she has been a regular guest on many Television and Radio talk shows such as CHTV Morning Live, Rogers Television’s Woman to Woman, and the Valder Beebe Show.
Susan is the recipient of many awards including CAMH’s Extraordinary People Award. Today, Susan spends her time speaking at conferences, conducting workshops and retreats specializing in self-esteem and confidence building, and coaching individuals to overcome challenges and rise to new heights of success and happiness.
