Curt Maier is veteran (US Navy Veteran - Naval Nuclear Submarine Force) having spent twenty years at a FORTUNE 300 global industrial gas manufacturer in increasingly accountable management positions and thoroughly enjoying the past 16 years of small business ownership experience. His strength is in working with small business owners on turnaround management, leadership development and ownership transition strategies. He recently joined IBA (www.ibainc.com), the oldest business brokerage firm in the Pacific Northwest, as their Vice President of Business Development.
