The Alchemy of ME™ with Tonia: Anatomy of Humanity Through the Lens of Science and Spirituality: Environmental pollutants and what we can do about themPeople face numerous health impacts from environmental pollutants. In this episode, we’ll discuss how pollutants get into the environment, how we are exposed to them, and choices we can make as a society to address them.  Per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) serve as a good example, because they are persistent and mobile in the environment, meaning that any PFAS we make today are likely to impact generations to come. Environmental management of chemicals, both upstream in the market and downstream in the environment, should consider societal needs, environmental impacts, and effects to future generations.
