The more done for them, the worse they seem to get. People often become hopeless about them, then irritated, and may even give up. Would you like to learn some helpful things to do instead?

Most people have not been taught what to do when those they lead, parent or educate seem indifferent to their happiness, productivity and engagement. They alarm others in their under-performance, apathy, and discouraged demeanor and behavior. We try to help without realizing our advising, coaxing, exempting, and rescuing of them may be doing more harm than good. After all, what we rescue we make weak.

In this 1-hour interactive clinic, participants will:

1: Learn root causes of a dynamic in which some people present as inadequate, incapable or pitiful

2: Recognize feelings evoked and reactions provoked as clues to this dynamic and what is helpful to do

3: Apply techniques that transforms those lacking confidence into willing, capable, courageous people
