An interactive, instructive clinic on how to integrate mentoring for all staff so they shift awareness into managing new behavior! During this clinic episode, participants will see at least one new concept or tool demonstrated and applied.

Mentoring is vital for ongoing personal, professional and leadership development in every person, at every age and in every role.

This event is ideal for anyone who wants to foster accountable, purpose and values-based dynamics and ways of operating in people. Too often, people are taught new concepts, terms and tools but not supported in understanding them fully, seeing the relevance of them. or trying them on so they know how to apply them. Even when they have experienced all of this, without a supportive person who encourages and backs them up in using them, most people will never put into motion what they've learned or stay the course if they at first don't succeed.

In this 1-hour interactive clinic, participants will:

1: Learn about healthy mentoring including the purposes, processes and nine specific pitfalls to avoid

2: Understand how to shift people from self and social awareness into self and relationship-management

3: Identify 3 relationships to manage in order to lead one's life and to lead others in any setting or role

During the clinic there will be a live demonstration of a couple of tools / techniques you can implement right away to support task ownership and what is vital to personal responsibility so people are able to use their power in service to highest good.
