Amy Towillis

Amy Towillis is the Broker and Owner of Rhino Roz Realty. Born and raised south of Chicago, she headed west for school in Arizona graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. In 2001 she and her husband, Michael, migrated to Seattle and they now reside in Kenmore with two children, Jenabel and Jasper.


Amy transitioned into the real estate industry in 2003 while capitalizing on her technology knowledge by starting a virtual tour business. 360 Sound View creates virtual tours using the latest in omniramic technology. Amy opened Rhino Roz Realty in 2008. She does business all over King and Snohomish County. She has personal and professional experience with single-family, condos, investment, property management, short sales, bank owned and multi-family properties.


Amy values education and loves to be an asset to clients. She is ePro Certified, has the National Association of REALTORS&174; Green Designation and is EcoBroker&174; Certified. She strives to help clients seek out, understand and market properties with green features. She wants people to live and raise their families in healthy homes.
