I’m Shirley Luark, Mental Health Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Guided Meditation provider and Host of Healing the Way Home: Healed from Within ™. I blend a combination of my mental health knowledge and experiences, with my metaphysical and spiritual wisdom. I believe we are all on our way home. Together we can create a beautiful journey home.

On Healing the Way Home: Healed from Within ™ I give you hope and the tools to overcome what you perceive as limitations. I give you the opportunity to transmute old faulty beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that no longer serve you. Each week I present information in such a way that we all can understand and benefit from.

This show includes aspects connected to my experience as a mental health counselor and includes some very practical applications for improving daily living, such as reducing anxiety and depression. We will focus on CBT, changing your inner dialogue and removing self-defeating beliefs, inner child work, how to work with your dreams, and learning how to work with your subconscious to enhance your manifesting. I have my feet in two worlds, the clinical world of psychotherapy and the spiritual world. Spiritual and metaphysical subjects will include how to enhance your intuition learning to connect with your guides and animal spirits, meditation, stories of my experiences as a medium and what I have learned about the other side, ways to manifest what you want, the use of color to enhance and change moods, how to use a pendulum, how to do inspired writing, how to use muscle testing as a decision-making tool, numerology and how all of these teachings can be applied in practical ways!
